1. An application from Century Aggregates, Inc. for site plan review in relation to an application for a special permit amendment for the existing bituminous concrete batch located on property accessed through 1801 East Street under Section 7.818 of the Zoning Ordinance. The project will result in the construction of a new batching "silo" within the footprint of the existing batch plant. (assessor map L11-2-501) The Zoning Board of Appeals is the Special Permit Granting Authority for this project.
