Continued – DEP file # 263-1070: Notice of Intent Application for the proposed control of invasive plant species on property located 250 East New Lenox Road (Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary - Map J6, Block 4, Lot 2). Actions are proposed to occur within the Riverfront Area, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Inland Bank, and Buffer Zone associated with the Sackett Brook. The applicant is Becky Cushing.
B. File # 17-5- Request for Determination of Applicability for the construction of a new air quality monitoring station on property located at 75 Silver Lake Boulevard (Map I1, Block 4, Lot 16). Actions are proposed to occur within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding. The applicant is the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
C. File # 17-6- Request for Determination of Applicability for the installation of a stockade fence on property located at 76 John Street (Map G10, Block 8, Lot 4). Actions are proposed to occur within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding. The applicant is Kristie Hartig.
D. File # 17-7- Request for Determination of Applicability for the construction of a new single-family home on property abutting 102 Clarendon Street (Map G13, Block 6, Lot 7). Actions are proposed to occur within buffer zone associated with Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The applicant is the Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity.
E. File # 17-8- Request for Determination of Applicability for the maintenance of the 25’ wide sewer line easements located along South Street, Pomeroy Avenue, and Fairfield Street. Actions being proposed consist of tree clearing, access stabilization, and access widening with Riverfront Area and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding. The applicant is the City of Pittsfield.
