SUBDIVISIONS: 1. Public Hearing: Definitive Plan of Land Submitted by Atwell, LLC on behalf of Raymond J. Costello for property located at 0 Partridge Road. The applicant proposes the division of the existing parcel into two parcels with the creation of a new private way to serve both of the created lots. The parcel can further be identified as Assessor Map K16, Block 1, Lot 2 and in Deed Book 1082, Page 1045TE.
